5C! Concept bases its approach on experience-based and structured learning, through which our participants are invited into a process where knowledge is created through the transformation of experience.

Our approach is holistic. Our development programs are a combination of:

  • In-person and in-group training or workshops
  • Realizing Potential Workout™ Sessions (individual sessions to support the transfer of learning into practice)
  • Community learning and -building through our on-line experiential E-Learning platform
