Hi, I am Nicole, founder of 5C! Concept GmbH and mother of 3 children. I was born in 1969, grew up, studied and worked in Belgium. I worked for a global chemical company where I gathered corporate experience as a Key Account Manager on a continental basis. I moved to Switzerland in 1997 and today I live with my children near the lake of Zurich.

In November 2003, I founded 5C! Concept and started a journey of “realizing potential”. I am driven by my passion to bring more humanity, more authentic leadership to the corporate world. I met other people on my journey who shared this dream.

One of my roles is to lead our team and coordinate our group activities. In my other roles, I am a Co-Active® Leadership Coach, an Executive Trainer, or a Co-Active® Co-Leader, and often, “all in one”.

Inspired and driven by a genuine interest in people, and fascinated by the dynamics and interpersonal aspects of leadership, management and sales interactions, I became a certified Process Communication Model® (PCM) trainer.

I have been trained as a Co-Active® Coach by CTI, the world acclaimed Coaches Training Institute and the largest in-person coach training school in the world. I was fully engaged in an intensive 12-month experiential Co-Active® Leadership Program where I enjoyed the deep learning, the work on leadership muscles and the diversity and cultural differences in our tribe.

It is of great value to me, to live and teach “real” models in “real” life. Models with which we can expand and grow our own authentic being and increase the quality of our lives. It’s a lifestyle!

I personally facilitate Zurich based workshops and seminars and do 99% of Executive Coaching over the phone. Leaders regard this as extremely valuable since telephone coaching is very focused and intense, in addition to being possible anywhere in the world which makes it flexible with heavy travel schedules.

I am a Business-to-Business Marketing graduate of the EHSAL Management School, Brussels, Belgium. I am fluent (spoken and written) in Dutch (mother tongue), English, French, German (as well as Swiss German) and Spanish.
