The quality of our training is important to us. Therefore, we continuously challenge and measure ourselves beyond the normal feedback forms.

Outcome measurements
With a sophisticated and easy to use tool, we measure the impact of our training and the changes in your people. The tool we have chosen is one of the latest tools in emotional intelligence assessments. We measure the individual’s degree of self-efficacy (an individual’s belief in their capabilities) as well as the group’s self-efficacy. Self and relational competencies are one of the strongest predictors of success.

Enhanced self-efficacy
We believe that our clients want to see a lasting change in attitudes, beliefs and behaviours. The measured result our clients derive from 5C! development programs is that the self-efficacy of their people increases and a positive environment is created. People grow much more rapidly in their interpersonal or relational competencies. Their self-efficacy in their roles is strengthened.
